About the Project
«Gastrocamp Sakhalin» unites the professional community of chefs, restaurant business representatives, and regional authorities to create concepts for the development of gastronomic tourism.
The focus of the event is studying local culinary traditions, getting to know local products and their producers, and rethinking traditional recipes for the development of island culture.
The program includes discussions and master classes for industry professionals, students, and visitors. The finale features a culinary show with tasting.
